File Explorer Integration:

Alongside its lightweight file explorer, SHREDDIT offers seamless integration with your device's built-in file manager or any third-party file manager. For example, on ES File Explorer, simply select one or multiple files, go to Share, and choose Shreddit. The app will take those selected files as input and shred them securely.

Media Files Preview (Gallery Integration):

SHREDDIT provides a preview of media files, offering you a better understanding of the content you wish to securely erase. This feature allows you to utilize the app with your favorite photo manager, such as Google Photos. Just select one or multiple images or videos, send them to the shredder, and they will be permanently erased.

Known Limitations:

After shredding a media file (such as a video or image) from the gallery, you may still see the image thumbnail. However, rest assured that all the content of the specified media file has been deleted. Simply re-scan your media to synchronize thumbnails with media content.

To erase an external SD card on a device running KitKat (Android 4.4) or a later version, superuser rights are required (i.e., your device should be rooted).
